A personal trainer gives a 1/2 hour seminar on ways and benefits to exercising at home (without all the expensive equipment) and then conducts a 90 minute bootcamp engaging the employees and teaching them how to exercise properly. The trainer will come out and survey the office space and/or grounds and coordinate the training based on the environment.
